Custom and personalized orders
We are always ready to help you with a custom order, if it is possible for us to perform it. Please write us a personal message with all details and we will answer you as quickly as possible.
Sizing details
All of our products have standard sizes, usually described in photos or description. But if you need some individual size of the product, we will help you with a great pleasure. Just write us your needed sizes, and we will calculate and place a custom order for you.
Wholesale availability
We we are open for wholesale. You can contact us directly and we can discuss some interesting discounts for you.
Order preparation
Your orders are ready to be shipped in the processing period, mentioned in each listing. Please note, that orders are prepared and sent to you only from Monday to Friday, not including weekends.
Also please keep in mind that processing and shipping time are different processes and each of them has its own term.
How can I return/exchange my order?
Personalized products can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item will be exchanged. Exchange of not custom orders can not be proceeded, until we receive the original product in a good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, refund will be proceeded only when the product is received by us in a good condition.
What if my tracking number is not updated for a long time?
Please contact us and we will check if it is standard procedure, or your package has faced any shipping issues.
